someone called saying i had entered a competition, i pretended to be someone else and that he had the wrong number, but said i could claim the prize even though i had not entered it. after hearing what he had to say, i said i am not interested, he then said along the lines of 'so when you thought it was free you were interested, now you have to pay and you are not interested". so rude

This is a scam!! I ignored the initial call but called it back as thought it may have been work and found it was a company called elite lotto? Never heard of them or entered any competitions. The same company called me from a London number 020 3874 1641 2hrs before this call.
