I ve recently moved my business from rent a room basis to working from home. I was never responsible for utilities so mine and my business name was never attached the bills at all. this info has only been released on Facebook page so I know that where they got info from and this is the 4th call today from different people asking about the change to utilities. this one was polite atleast and said shed remove name but I have heard that before.
SCAM / SPAM This number called alleging that I had a faulty router and that I should press 1 to get new router sent. I think this is a scammer because your ISP should know who you are and would contact you in person not via automated message.

Did nt answer the phone. Did 1471 and this number came up - again. Totally sick of all these unwarrenyed calls!
SCAM Terrible line quality, man with strong Indian accent immediately started the call by telling me he could get me an iPhone 12 for £30 per month. I told him I wasn't interested in whatever scam he was peddling. He then claimed I could trust him because he worked for Carphone Warehouse. I asked him for his email address and if he worked at the head office in North Acton, to which he said yes but he couldn't give out his email address over the phone.
