Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435697xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

This call was an automated voice call and claimed to be Amazon and stated that there had been a larger than usual claim on my credit card. It’s obviously a scam and I have reported it to Amazon.

This caller was extremely aggressive on the phone, I had trouble understanding him. He wanted to confirm the details of our address and told us we had been overpaying for our electricity. When I said we were not interested in switching provider, he promptly told me to F*** Off and P*** off!! Then hung up.

Third call about a non-existent accident in which I was supposed to have been injured 2.5 years ago

Received a call this evening from 02032875165 - foreign accent, stating I had been selected by UK Government to receive a tax free grant of £8000. Apparently I was selected because I was a good bill payer and did not have a criminal record ! I was given a claim reference number and asked to call this number back within 25 minutes and speak to a manager who will release the money to me. I didn't bother calling back. What's the old phrase? If something's too good to be true it probably isn't !

Scam/phishing phone call claiming to be from HMRC tax fraud telling me to contact them or I'd be arrested. Number is unavailable if you try to phone back, probably using voice over ip to create the number and make the call.

SCAM This is yet another number used in the “extremely time sensitive” fake HMRC scam. Hysterical, really. This is my 4th received call, picked up by ansaphone. Same female voice, but this time stating the caller’s identity as “Dennis Grey”. They’ve used different numbers to call from before, this is the first time they’ve used this number. HMRC SCAM, DO NOT RESPOND.
