Have been receiving daily calls from these people - previously they have asked to speak to my mother and simply hung up when told she was out. Today, after more persistent questioning, the caller (who had a heavy Indian accent) said his name was David, calling from Windows Service Centre in Surrey, and that my parents computer has been downloading malicious software. I was called at 5.13pm and told that I was due a refund of bank charges but they hung up when I asked who they were. the speaker was a foreign woman who had called me previously...

said his records show id had a Road Traffic Accident within the last three year, which i havent. He said oh right ok and hung up. Still gets calls from this number, thankfully i have blocked the number now.

Unrecognised number called me while I was out but left no message. Google returns no result.

as always i ask them who they think they have rung, but asking "whats my name?". She then apologised and said she would take me off the list. We will see.

Repeated calls and emails after I made an online enquiry but I ve told them to stop, I m not interested. The unsubscribe link doesn t work on email and they won t stop calling. Several times a week and no way to stop them!

Cold caller trying to get us to change landline/broadband. Insisted on speaking to Director. Would not say who he was until pressed several times. Would not say what he was calling about until pressed. When I started to tell him the proper procedure, he hung up in mid-sentence.
