SCAM
Twice so far this number has called me they said hello then they hung up The calls lasted for 9 seconds and 11 seconds respectively Annoying Im waiting for a third call Might be a scam If it was a legit call they would not have hung up My advice is to let them speak let them say who they are let them do all the talking and say nothing
i keeps calling me.
SCAM "Bank Security" scammer. Do not download the remote access software. Make sure to tell the caller that he is a scammer, so hopefully he won't call you again.
Waltham Cross
Yet another 01612****** number, calling and not leaving a message! Obviously a PPI call centre, as all the other 01612****** numbers have been. Really annoying, as I am ex directory, TPS registered and do not give my number out to just anyone!
SCAM
Text from this number read: "Our driver is close to your address: Track your Wayfair delivery live at http://www.aka-display.com/dhl/?4iqwr0pd9ibo" It then tells you that you've been selected to WIN an iPhone12 and asks you to do a short questionnaire asking for age, sex, Amazon ordering habits and how you rate them. It then takes you to a screen to pick 3 boxes to see if you've won an iPhone. When one appears it takes you to a form to fill in your personal details, then monthly charges.
Scam
Just had call from John Sterling claiming to be "Venture life" except the only (real?) venture life is a pharmaceutical company. He claims to be an alternative investment broker and wants me to put £4,000 into buying a bit of an oil well (not a share in a company, I ll actually own a bit of the well). Sounds like a scam, web site only has form to "register" i.e. to collect data, and I can t find it via google. Given all the other scams from this number it looks like a serial scammer.
SCAM : Telling you your amazon account needs paying wants your details, pathetic: SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.

Scam
Scammer claiming to be from O2, trying to con me into taking up a "special deal" allegedly with O2. However, I am already with O2, and it is this number that the scammers keep calling. If they really were O2, they would know I am already their customer. Next call will be answered with silence until they hang up after not getting a verbal response.
