"Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer. Have just received a mobile call from this number I was told that it was an Energy Survey Company and were they speaking to the right person. I told them 'no' and told them to remove my number off their phone list. I don't quite know how they can phone mobile numbers from a mobile phone list as mobile numbers are unique and lists are not available and at no point should they be passed on!
