I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! This company are phoning 3 times per day, trying to sell boiler installation / home insulation (cavity wall etc). Despite us being registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they continue to call us relentlessly - we have also asked them to stop the calls during conversations with them.

I didn t answer the call as very suspicious but rang them back to get info. Say they re claims specialists and got my details from Motor Insurance Bureau. I haven t had an accident and they had my name wrong. Very foreign accents. I suspect a scam. have blocked the number.
