Try texting STOP to the number. A lot of these numbers are text services to which you might have subscribed (albeit unknowingly) for eg, daily jokes, horoscopes, etc.

I was phoned at 6.55am by someone claiming to be from Amazon telling me that there had been a suspicious order costing over £700 on my account.
Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them. Any call about your computer, router, viruses, IP a...
unknown number called again. Never had a 0204 call before. No message left so cannot be important.
