Phoned today from first response telling me I had been in a road traffic accident in the last 2 and a half years, when I said I hadn't he said it must of been someone on my policy! I said definatly not and he said he hung up. Don't know if it's a scam but seemed out of place

Automated call with message saying it was to do with tax offices and to press one, so hung up. If it was important and for me personally they would phone directly in person and even then I wouldn't trust them as its too insecure a method. Tax office posts normally.
