Fraud - automated message saying I was being investigated for tax fraud and a warrant for my arrest was being made. Despite having paid tax. Also did not outline where they were from

Keeps calling my mobile. Becoming a nuisance
Recorded message saying they were calling from Amazon and had noticed a suspicious purchase of an iPhone for £1000 on my account and had blocked it. Asked me to press 1 or 2 for different options. I hung up.
