foreign guy said he was from a solicitors office, when i asked what solicitors office he said it was goldfish solicitors and he was ringing about a car accident i had (i don't have a car). he gave a name and address of someone that i had never heard of, then insisted it was me and i had been in a car accident.

Stated It was the Police. Reported that A call from my mobile had requested help! I did not make such a call. Was this OK???

There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. Called and asked for me by name on a mobile number I keep as a back up and isnt used. Said they were calling from aviva and knew I had life insurance. I asked how they got the number and the hung up.
Same as everyone else. ‘I’ve been told that you were involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault’. Normally don’t answer but was concentrating on something else and got caught out!!
