they asked for my personal details. good thing my mom was beside me. my mom talked to them and threatened them to stop calling!

SCAM Recorded message claiming to be from national insurance office and that my NI number had been used fraudulently on the west coast of Wales. Hung up after that so don't know what the rest of the message was
Apparently National Insurance # has been used for fraudulent purpose.
Despite Telephone Preference Service this company continues to call. Just received call from Callum saying I had completed a survey , I have not, ever. This company is know and is breaking the new code of proactive, if not the law. Action should be taken against them to o stop this harassment.

14.01.2020: Caller female, sounded like a recorded message, from "internet service" or "internet provider" warning that internet would be cut off in 24 hours. No reason given. No identity of called party sought nor any relevant details. Further calls from 01870 851 477 [Isle of Benbecula] and 01987 330 035 - investigating for similarity.
