I answered it almost immediately, but just silence then a click before they hung up. I called it back from another (withheld) number and got some background hold music and an squeaky American voice saying "Your call is very important to us". Hung
Unsolicited call telling me I had won something or other, My phones are registered with the TPS so at the very least anyone calling with any kind of offer must be disreputable.

Not carphone warehouse although said they were, actually a sister company who can do upgrades. However, gave me an awful deal.
