I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Received another nuisance phone call yesterday from Nexbridge Communications Ltd still about energy saving. They are using local dialling codes but they are based in Manchester. I m averaging two cals a day from these callers with heavy indian accents variously called Mike Smith, Kevin and Dave they say they are from Surrey and want me to get on my computer because it has been infected with malicious software, and my virus protectin has been compromised. I asked for their number and got this 01905 number. Avoid like the plague.

Silent call. Callback was immediately cancelled before ringing.

Called about a no-blame road traffic accident in last 2-3 years. Knew my name - very worrying! Wanted to know more about the accident. Told them not to call again ever.

First time it happened after a second or two caller with male voice said"Goodbye" second time there was no contact, just silence. Next time they will get an earful of good old Saxon language from me.
