Very dangerous it's some russian federation saying follow the link and pay 1:99 for your parcel the message comes with the name of Royal Mail, I bought an item from eabay and most of them are delivered by Royal Mail i almost believed it then I remembered ebay policy which says pay nothing outside ebay app and also HSBC adds about eucating people about scam, never follow the link they will steal all your details, I received my parcel without paying on this no link which is a fraud.scammer.
