SCAM - caller said I was going to be fined for crossing Welsh border. Fine to be taken via National Insurance number if I did not respond. What a joke. I am in lockdown and haven't gone more than 2 miles from my home. Also, using NI number to take fine, they are having a laugh. Dangerous - do not reply to their 'Options'
