I made payment to these people too, for advertising in an upcoming event brochure of almost ?230, (I stupidly paid twice, as they rang back the next day and said the payment hadn t gone through, I did actually check with my bank, and there was nothing showing as having gone through the day before, but it did appear within a few days]. I am so cross. This number rings me countless times a day despite being blocked on my phone! They manage to leave a recorded message on my phone (I have hundreds of them in my inbox!) telling me to call a certain number to stop the calls...i have done this and they STILL call me daily. Fed up now.

Caller asked for me by name, saying he was from Forte Healthcare. I didn t confirm my name, but I did say that our number is ex directory and registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and that he shouldn t be calling. He said that our number would be removed from their lists. I terminated the call by stating that I would report it to the Information Commissioner. By other comments on various forums, definitely untrustworthy.
