They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

I have no idea why but I am repeateadly getting texts from this number and it says it is from Lurid Nature, the msg says thank you for being our client and if you are interested in more offers please visit our webpage. This is a third party marketing company who call on behalf of ALL mobile providers (T-mobile, Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc) In my case it was T-mobile and I phoned 150 from my mobile and requested my PAC number from their retentions department, intimating that I was leaving them.
