Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Been called three times on my mobile by this number they only ring once. Tried to ring them back . There's no response from the number.

A scouser John called and said he was calling from property services ltd... or something, and was calling to see if I qualified for government subsidy. He was nice enough, but it worried me a bit that he knew my name and had my address. Politely asked him to remove me and do one.

They say there from the call blocking service but they are not as I checked it with the call blocking service another scammer who wants your card details.

This number called landline 3 times on 27/06/17 every 2 hours. Blocked by True Call but internet records show details. Was not disturbed but if I had not got a blocker ....

Every days for weeks these guys have called, mostly for my girlfriend, played along with them today, (joys of being in a lesbian relationship lol) they had her name, address, previous bank name as she is no longer with them, and knew about a loan, saying that the bank would send out a cheque once I had given them some details,repeatedly trying to get me to say yes, I knew about this loan, he was actually trying to script me what to say, getting very abusive when I repeatedly told him that my girlfriend is b

I initially ignored their calls but I am glad I answered a call in the end. They helped me locate an old workplace pension that I had two decades ago. I hadn t given the pension much thought since I left the job. I couldn t of afforded hundreds of pounds to pay a financial advisor so they really helped me out. I do understand people being annoyed about the cold calling though.
