Someone somewhere was or is being scammed by some fake investment groups and it is sad, this experience is harder than many people think. They ring every day and don t speak when I answer. Why aren t they being investigated by Ofcom and put out of existence? Is harassment legal?

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor.
