Man with strong Indian accent calling himself "Daniel", claiming to be calling from "Microsoft Encarta" and saying that hackers had infected my PC, so he'd need access to it. A complete criminal scam. I told him I needed to go and get my computer, then left him waiting for ages until he eventually hung up. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.

This number tried to call me today but didn’t answer. I don’t recognise the number. Possibly a scam. I had 4 numbers starting with 020 try and call me on Friday.

SPAM Unknown number. Called at exactly 17:00. Did not answer. No voicemail left. Later texted "You missed a call from me at 17:01 01 Aug.This is a free Call Alert from O2. Grammatical mistakes in this (no space between "Aug." and "This"; no comma after "To disable this") and referring to "me" suggest spam call.

Just received a WhatsApp message from this number saying Hi. Shows on WhatsApp as a business account under the name 'Emily'. Will not respond as don't know this number.
