They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again. Caller insisted on knowing if I have been in a car crash and when it was. Failed to provide proof of identification, beyond the details given. Failed to explain who Gotham UK are.

I ve had so many rubbish calls per day that I only answer my mobile. I wait till the phone stops ringing then get No. from 1471 if they have it. Half the time : "caller with held his No." I don t know if my present entry helps. I get these 10 to 15 times a day!..

They say there from the call blocking service but they are not as I checked it with the call blocking service another scammer who wants your card details.

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

This company have rung several times, despite me being TPS registered and asking to be removed from database. Have been polite to them, but they just rudely hang up following my request. Complete pests. Have added to call block list.
