Claims to be from BT Openreach technical dept and people have apparently been using my internet! I don't have anything that is connected with BT. Listened for a while, but was from overseas and could not really understand as the line was bad.
They say there from the call blocking service but they are not as I checked it with the call blocking service another scammer who wants your card details.

If I won't do it, will be bad and someone will come to arrested me. Banks or important places, like goverment will never ask people information throw phone.... It's such a scam.... Be safe!!! I think is so dangerous.
Trying to sell life insurance.. The normal wolf or Wall Street type clapping in the background when they make a sale.. stay clear, pushy.. has an answer for everything type sales advisors. Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.
