We have friend's numbers programmed into our phones. If the phone rings and no name is shown on the screen, DON'T answer it! They can always send an SMS - they have my number anyway! Never, ever answer an incoming call from an un-recognised number. Answered and it then somehow turned the call around so that I was calling them! Clever. But annoying.
Received calls from this number and 01156470868 within minutes of each other; neither produced an response from the caller when answered. Annoying! Blocked both for my sanity and peace from telemarketers, frauds and scammers. Hopefully the 'Cold-calling; legislation comes in soon!

This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. Now thinking about it castration without anaesthetic would be better.

I lady called me saying she had frozen a transaction from going to a offshore account in China. The currency was bitcoin. This was odd as these transactions go to a bit coin wallet then to a debit card that is registered on your account. She did no DPA to verify that I was the account holder. Then she wanted me to download a app I refused so she asked if I have a pc or laptop. I said pc she wanted to screen share. I would do no such things I told her then hug up.
