Safe number Sky VIP. I ended up with a much better deal. The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already. Eg if they ask for your email, tell them a fake one and see if they know it's fake. If they don't, they may not be genuine.
SCAM Got this text saying it was from llyods and that I paired a device. Said to click a link if it was not me. I didn't pair any device and I have NEVER had a llyods account. A google search does come back with the number linking it to India and I have been getting some calls from India in the last month or so. Obviously I never answer these calls.

They should go round to there H.Q. and remove all there computors and call equipment and take them outside and drive a road roller over ot all and flaten it all.If they want to carry on they will need new equipment so that will help trade in IT equipment and keep on doing it till they stop pestering people at home who don,t want there calls.

SCAM Silent the “Tom” says he’s from Green Eco Centre regarding faulty loft insulation in my postcode area….carries on to say we need an assessment then tells me we may not qualify after the free survey is carried out & will have to pay for a spray coating on the underside of roof! The scam comes when checking some details he wants to know how to spell my surname (it’s not a hard one).
