I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover!
