this is calling our works number, when answered it sound slightly fuzzy then they hang up, so none the wiser whose calling......

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Have numerous calls from this number over two days. I let go to voicemail the first time and it was an automated call. Trued to call back and the line was just silent. I have now blocked the number.
