called at 7pm no message then hung up second time

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

I tried calling number back but it asked me to phone a code--- Needless to say I did not call code!! It was an Indian sounding gentleman and I suspect is a cold caller.

Keep on ringing me, when I answer there is a small 'beep' and a recorded message says 'goodbye' and cuts off.

Spoke with Chris who helped me with my ISA, good rate and he was very helpful.

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. "you have been Called by 000000l- (advertising)Have you thought of boking a salon for mothers day? .....message cut off half way through. Automated call says you are a prize winner £250 Premium rate number if you complete some questions.

Someone asking if MR BERNARD was there, as he had bought wine and they wanted to give him a prize! Man had a very strong Balkan accent. Quite Broken English
