Apparently from Scottish Government in relation to Ipsos Mori survey, wanting to do a survey of my home. I don’t know the number so I’m not answering. If it’s that bloody important, LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I CAN PHONE YOU BACK!!!! Have called multiple times a day for over a week. It’s getting annoying.

This number tried to call me today but didn’t answer. I don’t recognise the number. Possibly a scam. I had 4 numbers starting with 020 try and call me on Friday.
A robotic voice called me and said that I returned a parcel without consent and that they would have to take legal action. I haven’t bought/ received a parcel. It’s said push 1 to talk to a representative, I just ended the call. Probably scam and as part of a call centre

Male voice, indian accent. All I could understand was "I am calling you today......... mam". I asked him to speak slowly and clearly, he repeated the garbled content and I told him I didnt understand and needed him to speak slowly. He hung up. Sounded like a typical phishing call. Sad he hung up, I like to play them along for a while just for my entertainment and waste their time.
Information; Northern Powergrid have confirmed to me that this number is one of theirs. Automated call saying I'm on their priority service list in case of outage.

Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.

I rang the number back it’s about PPI saying I had money back in 2019 I told the lady I didn’t receive any money and to remove me from their database She started to raise her voice asking why would they do that when I had received money! I told her I had NOT received any money and to remove me from database. She started to speak I cut her short and said these calls should be removed remove me immediately and hung up. Recorded message reporting unusual activity on my credit card. One transaction from Amazon and a foreign transaction for 999 pounds. Press 1 to authorise payment or 2 to speak to an advisor Strongly suspect this is a scam. As it was a local number I tried to call it back later and got unobtainable signal. Beware.

Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition
