All I had to do was download anydesk.com. No thanks. This is how scammers connect to your computer, take control of it and steal your money. Fake Post Office, missed delivery scam text. Website link they give is not an official Post Office site, likely trying to steal your credit card info.
Fraud A scam - and a very convincing one too !! Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!
