Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Had a call from this number - I never speak, so the phone was put down without the caller speaking. However, I am registered with TPS. Looking at the comments, it seems to me that the caller has been "identified" in many different ways. I can only assume that it must originate from criminal sources.

I keep receiving calls from this number about PPI. I told them I do not have a ppi claim and to remove me from their caller list. Since then I have received 2 calls a day.
Call Centre - some asian guy who could hardly speak english clearly reckons he was calling from carphone warehouse. Still persisted in selling me a contract even though I said i'd only recently signed up for an 18 month contract. Put the phone down on him and blocked number
