Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. Claiming to be from Albany Assist calling about a non existent accident. Fishing for some details about said accident to close my file . When I asked for some details of the accident she hung up. Have previously called me and told me to f- off when I asked for more details.

Caller insisted on knowing if I have been in a car crash and when it was. Failed to provide proof of identification, beyond the details given. Failed to explain who Gotham UK are.
