Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. A couple of days ago I got two text messages confirming an appointment" in East Dulwich London. Needless to say I had no such appointment. I checked the address and it appeared to be a company renting out marquees. I also checked the phone numbers and thus I found this site. Now they have started ringing me but leaving no message. Either they have a wrong number, they are scammers or they are timewasters.

The number is a scam. It's registered to Frank Fairhead & Son motor services and they were dissolved in 2011.
Very helpful gentleman came to see me and checked over all of my paperwork to help me identify if I have a warranty. I did already have warranty and he informed me of this. Due to the honesty I have kept the number for future

Company claiming they had my details from an accident I had had and got stroppy when I kept telling them they had wrong number. Tried to claim it was right number so must be someone else in my "household" who had reported an accident. The number is a business phone solely for my use so they were just talking rubbish.

SCAM received several phone calls via WhatsApp demanding payment for providing a service befor anything would be done. Lady admitted was of German origin and was ringing from Bournemouth. Payment was to be via PayPal or Amazon gift cards only, on refusal became more aggressive.

Fraud called themselves Virgin Mobile but later found to be Cheetay Logistics PVT Ltd (pakistan) took loads of details promising to reduce monthly Phone bills and provide a new phone. After asking for passwords and discussing a new contract, bank details were taken and phone to be delivered. They tried to then scam £13,065.01 out of a bank account starting with a £9.35 delivery charge, a £30 bank check then took a £24 charge further amounts stopped bank details changed and reported to the fraud squad.
