This number had a female who knew our name but claimed to be from Cristian Aid. Unfortunately two weeks ago had a very similar number phone pretending to be from Cerebra, when quizzed that person they became very nasty then hung up.

This number rang "advising" that £750.00 had suddenly appeared on our Amazon A/C - scam!

Wanting to know what my cover was and who it was being left to and that they could lower my payments and increase my cover. Asked them who they were.phinong on behalf of! Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. Sound like scam be aware!!!

Pretending to be from Amazon and saying that I had a £900 transaction taken from my Amazon account and wanted me to follow their instructions and put a code in my phone I told him to call me back in 10 minutes as my daughter would be speak to him and she works with the police he hung up. I did know it was a scam that’s why I said it. I just feel sorry for the people that they do trap as they are scum. If you don’t No them hang up. And don’t give them any of your details.

SCAM: Claims to be Evri saying "your package wasn't delivered" TWO DAYS ago. It provides a link to "select a new delivery slot" which NO COURIER DOES. I didn't press on the link and blocked the number instead.

This automated call received today, saying from bank security and calling re 2 transactions on account. I instantly put phone down as have had these calls before and then when found out was from Bangalore put block on my phone for this number.

I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)

Purporting to be British Telecom but asking me for my information
