SCAM. I think this is a scam it was sent to me on a text per porting to come from one of my sons - it seems to be sent from Manchester and my son is somewhere not even in Uk.
Received a text supposedly from Santander - avoid at all costs.
08000520360 - Texts received with sender’s name as VirginMedia for an overdue payment for Virgin Media. This is a scam as have no dealings with anything related to Virgin Media.
Apparently my MS Windows needs a manual update. Odd that I only use Mac.

This number phoned me at 16.31 this afternoon. It sounded as if there was an office or similar room with people talking. When I asked who was calling, without giving my name, a lady said "good afternoon, how are you today?" I asked again who was calling. the lady said " your father" and hung up. SCAM - Indian speaker. My TV repair cover must be renewed now! I don't have sky or tv insurance. He did not like being quizzed about where he was calling from, suspect India?

I rejected first time round but they called again and I accepted a call just for fun. As expected, they're calling about their "promotion". I said "no thanks" and hanged up. Flagged number as spam on my phone.
