Have numerous calls from this number over two days. I let go to voicemail the first time and it was an automated call. Trued to call back and the line was just silent. I have now blocked the number.
This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

SCAM Silent the “Tom” says he’s from Green Eco Centre regarding faulty loft insulation in my postcode area….carries on to say we need an assessment then tells me we may not qualify after the free survey is carried out & will have to pay for a spray coating on the underside of roof! The scam comes when checking some details he wants to know how to spell my surname (it’s not a hard one). I asked him to spell it to me & I would confirm if he got it right…..surprise surprise the line went dead…
