When I said I was retired, she said I wouldn’t be eligible for a tax rebate when I asked what the reason for the call was. She signed off.

When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. This company claims to be an Escrow service provider. IT IS NOT - check out the registration numbers with HMRC, FCA and Companies House. The “parent” has been dormant since 2019. Do a Whois lookup of the domain name - you will probably see that the website went live in the last few days / weeks

Same woman called last month from a different number (029 218 2591) asking the exact same thing for the previous month's billing.
