This number is calling a shut-down PBX number in a municipal office PBX outside UK. Probably scam caller.

I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky. Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging.
