The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. 99% SURE ITS A SCAMMER My phone ID'S them as "West One Hair and Beauty" of Norwich. Caller claimed to be from O2, about my bill and saving me money on my Vodafone. TELSTAR, and Virgin mobile accounts. When asked when Caller ID says they are a hairdressers, they immediately hung up.

Foreign people in a call centre, I told them my email had been hacked and used to sign up to crypto currency and for them to delete my details. He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. No matter how many times I block the number they come back with another one and use mobile numbers as well

Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Possibly dangerous.
