Asian woman said her name was Carol (as if) told me I lived at a house I moved from in 2015. Asked who I had life insurance with and started arguing with me when I told her that's none of her business. She kept repeating aviva, bupa, sunlife is your life insurance with those. I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)
