I called the number back and knew I was connected as the clock on my phone was showing how long my connection was. As no human or recorded voice answered I hung up. This was at 9:54 pm.

SPAM Claimed to be a text message from Ed Citronnelli Ministries about a 3-day conference. Never heard of them. Number seems to be in UK; I'm in US. So think this is at least spam if not a scam / fraud / phishing message. The response URL is suspicious, too.
Calling from housing disrepair. They had my full name not sure where from but I own my own house and have seen previous reports this is to do with council properties. They keep calling every day from a different number. Blocked each one.

Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition

02476019903 Sounded like call centre. Woman with non-English accent said she was calling from Virgin Media about my slow broadband. I told her Virgin had already informed me they would be carrying out essential works on the network in my area which could interrupt my services (which they are). Received a text message that "Simon" tried to deliver my package, but no one was home, and to "reshedule" my delivery by accessing {OBVIOUSLY FAKE WEBSITE!} "postoffice-reshedule-depot.com". Incorrect spelling of reschedule not once but twice was the first warning it was a SCAM. Then looking at the full website address.......yeah....obviously fake, and a quick google search leads to a number of Phishing / Scam reports using this same web address. 100% confirmed scam.
