From India- speaks a different language on the phone to her colleagues- laughs at you and makes you hang up- I refused to- then proceeded to call another person and I could actually hear the guy on the phone and could talk to him myself and when the silly lady realised this, she then hung up

I ve had so many rubbish calls per day that I only answer my mobile. I wait till the phone stops ringing then get No. from 1471 if they have it. Half the time : "caller with held his No." I don t know if my present entry helps. I get these 10 to 15 times a day!..

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

SCAM claims to have NI fraudulent activity regarding your NI number. Hang up. Message gets you to press one to speak an officer (probably a scammer sat in an office). Had three calls today from similar numbers all starting with 0774757****.

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. HMRC scam. They first called off a mobile number, I answered hung up & hung up after hearing a recorded message saying that I had committed fraud & to press one to speak to someone or I would be arrested. They then called back on this number to be verbally abusive towards me. HMRC would not do that! Block every number they use. Total scam. These people need to get a life & a proper job that contributes to society in a positive way.
