Impersonating a police officer is actually a criminal offence. Reckons I was caught using my phone by static camera, told him where to go and suggested he uses local officers to knock on my door. Now blocked.
This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. 07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.
Just called but never left a msge.
Keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer numbers I do not recognise as get so many cold callers. Is this another?
