Indian woman called Jessie from Housing Disrepair Association. Told me I'd been reported as having damp in the home. Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. Told her I knew she was a scammer, at which point she hung up.
The voice said that there was £900 being charged to my credit card. An obvious scam

Had 3 calls recently with the same recording from different numbers. They say they are from my bank, but don't say which one, big red flag. They say l have 2 unusual transactions, including from Amazon. No activity on accounts, obvious scam.

The phone number was received in Germany by a fax machine. There are no business or private relationships with the UK. The fax machine could not receive a message. Wrong dialing or spam?
Foreign speaking lady asked to speak to my father by name, informed her he died 16yrs ago. She continued talking about shares he had etc. I asked her to send me details and how she got my phone No. She said it wasn’t possibly because she has hundred of people on her books. SCAM - scam baiters who bought Sky number ranges and are cold calling victims trying to claim to be the ISP. Tosser kept calling me "bro". I first asked him to confirm my IP address (dynamically allocated) and he gave me something he made up - that didn't have all 4 sets of numbers. Sky have been asked about this and aware of these scammers.
Called yesterday but left no message. Called again today but silence when I picked up. Looked number up on several sites - indications that it is an energy related scam with initial calls to check that your landline is live.
Fraud - SCAM - Automated voice recording claiming to be HMRC and that you are going to be fined for tax evasion and to press 1. I hung up!
