Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. Really annoying silent phone call to my mobile. If someone has misdialed then at least apologise and then hang up, don’t leave it open for 5-8 seconds on a silent call then cut it off. Not even a mobile number which they usually are.

SCAM E-Mail, I believe this e-mail to be a scam. Informed me that my Currys PC protection plan is up for renewal @ £499.99. The phone number that they suggest I ring to talk about the renewal or cancellation is +44 1348 881008 this on checking, is a company in Dudley, using a [email protected] address. I may be wrong but I don't have any service plans with Currys and I think their e-mail address would include some reference to currys.

Safe number - NHS - NHS Business Services Authority - legit organisation who deal with a few things, including EHICs, NHS pensions, exemption from health charges (prescriptions, dental, optical and travel for medical treatments) etc. Definitely answer!
