When I answer, it rings another number so I cut it off before that one was answered. I can only imagine this works as a reverse charge call because effectively you end up calling them. I have been called once a day for the past week by this number. Guess it is an advertising call centre or something. But will probably never find out because I cut them off.

Green Energy Together asking for a 25% upfront payment to secure our solar panel installation, they didn't introduce themselves properly so I didn't trust them and told them I'd rather stick to the agreement to pay on the day as originally agreed. I was called this afternoon from this number. As I had received a similar unknown number yesterday I answered and a completely unintelligble foreign voice answered. I put the phone back on receiver and have since blocked the number. It was from Bristol yesterday as was today's caller.
