Have called me 3 times saying they were from EE. Stated that as a loyal EE customer I'm entitled to a 40% discount. However I don't use EE and told the Asian Gentlemen that. He them asked for my current provider. I asked him why? No answer and I then hung up

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Said they were contacting me about a problem I had with my house - suggesting it was rented / local authority. It's not so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. Had a few missed calls off this number over a few days, then one morning at 5am, my phone woke me up by calling this number by itself on speaker. My phone is fingerprint/pin locked, and my applock app registered two failed attempts to access my phone's settings. Everyone in the house was asleep and I've yet to find an explanation. Phone completely scanned for malware and came up clean. Very perturbing.
