Unsolicited call, against TPS regulations.

TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!! They ring every day and don t speak when I answer. Why aren t they being investigated by Ofcom and put out of existence? Is harassment legal?

They called early this eve for the third time this week. Caller said "I m calling cos you had an industrial accident luv " to which I replied " no I haven t.... Luv" Unsurprisingly they called again an hour later. I am also on TOS.
