They are insurance underwriters - genuine company calling in response to a claim.

This is postcode lottery. Listen to the whole message and they give you the opportunity to opt out of any further calls.

Missed a call from them on BOTH my phones. Attempted to call back incase it was network provider office calling and it connects whilst ringing. So effectively we getting charged god knows how much if calling back. DONT CALL BACK!!

Just taken a call from a girl to my company saying she was from the energy care centre offering me £2000 towards new doors and windows. I clearly answered with my company name and she ignored this and carried on - so I had some fun with her saying I didn t have any doors or windows - she then said - do I have a brain and put the phone down. The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.
