Annoying getting unsolicited calls when abroad and having to pay for them to hang up. really frustrated

We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? Someone please advise. Many thanks.

Asian person saying will only take a minute just wanted to ask a few questions. normally i just hang up but for some reason i didnt. asked me what my brand of tv is, how much i spend on holidays, who my electricty is with, my income bracket where i would go on holiday. dont think they are con artist, just gathering data so more companies can send you spam...should have hung up! waste of 2 minutes

Welsh lad called, went through whole list of directors names that he alleged he d spoken to earlier in the year. Given that I deal with the telecoms I know this is BS. Said he would ring back; when told that the directors don t take unsolicted calls replied that it wasn t unsolicited. The bloke is an absolute weapon.

I wonder how they got my number. Just called me but I didn't answer. It appears to be from Halifax (city).

Usual Indian accented person calling me from Talktalk to save my computer from a major disaster. They have my telephone number, IP address and supplier (Thanks a bunch Talktalk your security is rubbish) They rabbit on about my router being compromised insist that I sit at my computer where they will talk me through the problems. They want you to open the Windows report file which as Mr Gates likes to store everything contains thousands of small files re so called errors Once hurdle has been overcome th

They are trying to do a job, but I asked the guy to end the call 3 times and take me off the list. After being rung several times.

This is really McDowall Media. They have already been in trouble with the TPS. Have had several calls from them in last week.

I got a call from this number and when I asked them not to contact me I got a string of abuse ending in "you stupid b***h"
